Any product delivered to you that fails to match the description is eligible for a refund. You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by sending us an email at email@example.com. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.
I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different parts of China and Hong Kong so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us with your name and order number.
WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays.
WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?
Sizes can often vary depending on the brand. Each product should have their own measurement tables for you to compare yourself against. If there are none, let us know by email and we will get that fixed! Please keep in mind that some of our items are from Asia, so expect them to be smaller than standard EU / US sizes!
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
Yes we do! We ship worldwide.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 1 week to 2 months. It depends what you purchased. You can Contact Us or email firstname.lastname@example.org for specific shipping times.
If you have already purchased, and want to track your shipment please follow these steps:
Locate the email you have received from us with the subject A shipment from order #XXXX is on the way.
The email contains the tracking number of your order.
Enter the tracking number at https://thepawkingdom.com/pages/order-tracking to see the shipping status.
Here you will be able to see where your order is currently. Please allow a few days after shipment for the tracking information to show.
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancelations to your order.
